Financial Policy

CCFor your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us.

We make every effort to provide the finest surgical care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this goal, we work hand-in-hand with patients to maximize insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. At the consultation visit, we will discuss each patient’s insurance and benefits. Please understand that estimates of insurance benefits are never guaranteed. Because the insurance policy is an agreement between the patient, their employer and their insurance company, all patients are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of the insurance coverage. Your estimated co-insurance will be provided prior to any treatment and is due at the time of service. Please remember that all efforts are made to accurately estimate insurance coverage for you. However, until the procedure is completed and the claim is filed, it is difficult to accurately predict actual insurance coverage.

If you have insurance, we will send you a monthly statement after we have received payment from your insurance company or when 90 days has elapsed from the time of service, whichever comes first. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment after the 90 day period. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Our financial coordinator is here to help answer any questions you may have!
